Terms of use
These terms apply when you play games made by Crazy Bard Games ("we", "us"), including Tropical Run - Blue Lagoon. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
1. Who can play
Our games are made for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of digital consent where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission to play and to make purchases.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game on your devices for your own entertainment. The game, its characters, art, music and code belong to Crazy Bard Games or our licensors.
3. Virtual items
Coins, gems, heroes, outfits, hats, pets and other in-game items are part of the game licence. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game. We may rebalance prices and rewards to keep the game fair and fun.
4. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play under Google's terms. Purchased items are delivered to your player account. Refunds are handled by Google Play according to their policy and the consumer law that applies to you; nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
5. Fair play
Please don't cheat, hack, modify the game, exploit bugs, use automation, or interfere with leaderboards or other players. We may reset scores, remove items or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Ads and third-party services
The game uses third-party services for accounts, cloud saves, leaderboards, purchases and optional rewarded ads. Their use of data is explained in our privacy policy.
7. Changes and availability
We update the game over time and may add, change or remove features or content. We try hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may eventually stop supporting it.
8. Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of in-game progress or items. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Ending these terms
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced in the game.
